Background

Implema was entrusted with supporting a large Swedish global company in the automotive industry in their efficiency programme regarding the purchase of hardware and services. 

Assignment

The company aimed to centralize its administrative tasks, strengthen its supplier relationships and introduce a modern and more efficient business system platform.

Solution

Implema achieved this through the project management and implementation of SAP Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLC), which is SAP's module to enable companies to manage their suppliers completely, from initial contact to possible phasing out.
