Background

Implema Business Solutions had the privilege of working with Vattenfall - A leading player in the Swedish energy market.

Our mission was to assist them in their quest to modernize and improve their business system landscape. The challenge was to develop a future-proof system solution that could provide better user experiences and support their business effectively.

Assignment

Implema Business Solutions' mission was to develop and implement a system upgrade, including a migration to SAP HANA and the implementation of SAP Fiori Launchpad and SAP Enterprise Search. These technologies were chosen to strengthen the user experience. Implema was also responsible for developing development tools, guidelines and processes together with the client to ensure quality throughout the assignment.

Solution

With the help of our experienced system architects and developers, we created a customized solution built on modern SAP technology. We focused on delivering both traditional ABAP development and new UI technologies, such as SAP Fiori and Neptune Software, to meet the client's needs.


During the implementation of the project, Implema Business Solutions also provided expertise in several SAP modules and took on leadership roles. This included responsibility for leading the development work, as well as project management responsibilities for various sub-projects. Our team also actively participated in a multi-year maintenance project at the customer, ensuring a smooth transition and continuous support. Through our integrated solution, we managed to contribute to a future-proof and user-centered IT environment for our customer.
